Revitalizing the spirit for a community oriented, family-owned business

Summary

HYD Studios comprises of 3 bespoke studios, run by sisters Jane and Jo-Ann Nolan. 

Hot Yoga Dublin and Yoga Next Door are leadings yoga centers, and Pilates Dublin is their 3rd, focusing exclusively on Pilates classes.

During the lockdown, the studio had to close its doors, and we took advantage of the situation to rebrand the entire company’s branding, to give a modern and fresh look.

The solution was a strategic rebrand—logo, messaging, social-distancing signage, main studio website redesign, and collateral—that not only celebrates their spirit as a family-owned business but as the foundation of the community they are part of.

First drafts

The main goal of the rebranding was to give the studios a common denominator under the main brand, HYD Studio.

Yoga is all about flow, organic movements and community. Toning down the blues gives a feeling of calmness and relaxation.

myhotyoga dublin is the logo for the online, on-demand classes.
Adding the word “my” to hot yoga dublin gives a sense of belonging, highlighting the community feeling.
